William K. Patrick's record book of Civil War pension claims, 1890-1892

William K. Patrick's record book includes entries regarding the progress of claims for pensions by Civil War veterans and widows of veterans. Most of the entries comprise affidavits. Some of these affidavits are from those seeking a pension and others are from individuals providing evidence supporting pension claims. Some of the entries include information about veterans' military service during the Civil War. Some of these entries are brief (i.e., "Affidavit of Ford Smith, 4130 Westminster Place, as to the condition of John C. Irwin"; "Affidavit of Felix G. McCrea as to his service and desertion from the 8th Regt. Cavly. U.S.A.").
