In 1923-1924, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch awarded free coaster wagons to boys and girls in the St. Louis area who signed up four new subscriptions to the Post-Dispatch. In several issues of the newspaper, photographs of boys and girls who earned coaster wagons were published. The photographs were usually accompanied by the child's home address. In cases in which it was determined that a last name was likely misspelled, a cross reference with the proper spelling has been added to this index.
